BearsFan1974
I was bored and started looking ahead to the FA available next off-season and I came up with some #1 WRs and some potential OLineman: WR: Colston Bowe Garcon (Could be a numer one...I think he's passed Reggie Wayne) OLine: Kalif Barnes T D'Brickeshaw Ferguson T Derrick Dockery G With us having so much under the cap, I know Forte and Urlacher will take a pretty hefty chunk. I think signing 1 WR and 1 OL (either T or G) along with a drafting at least 2 Oline and 1 WR will benefit this team now. That's what we all want to see. Bears4Ever_34
Colston would be good for us because he's a big target and so would Bowe, but both of them are likely going to be franchised.
madlithuanian
I'd take Colston or Bowe in a heartbeat. Not sure about Garcon quite yet...but compared to what we have...sure! Any of those OL would be an upgrade! Ed Hochuli 3:16
I'm almost 100% sure Ferguson got a huge deal a year or 2 ago. Dockery was a UFA this offseason and the Bears didn't go after him. Barnes is a RT and he'd have no spot with Carimi there. I'd love Bowe, and Colston at the right price given he's hurt a lot. Garcon would be interesting but he'd be another 5'10" WR who's fast.
WheresMyronBaker
Is this a bad thread in which to indicate that I believe Mario Williams is in his last year of his deal?

That would be a welcome addition. I'd pay a chunk of his salary if he did. Is he RFA?

He was drafted in 06, and is past the 4 year RFA window. From everything I hear he would be UFA (unlikely IMO that he wouldnt be franchised if for no other reason than to move him since he is now a LB in Houston)
