madlithuanian
I honestly don't know enough about him. He doesn't seem that big of a target... I wish I knew how productive he actually was. Does he drop passes? Does he catch anything in sight? Does he run good routes? Does he block well? Is he fast? I just don't know jack about the guy. after aquiring Lloyd they are lookin to dump him. Dont know exactly why but i like this guy. At least has somethin to prove... AZ54
Cut in mid-season is not a good sign at all. Can't see how that indicates he'd help us.
Ed Hochuli 3:16
So: 1. The Bears wanted no part of him in the offseason. 2. He can't make it on the Rams, a team who's WR's are arguably worse than the Bears. If they didn't want him before, I'd hope they don't want him now. balta1701-A
Sometimes a guy who is bad in 1 system can step up in another system...but it would really hurt him not having had any time in this offense, even training camp. balta1701-A
Like Roy Williams? Or on the other end, Wes Welker is the classic example.
madlithuanian
No way. Welker was doing pretty well for Miami before being traded. Not PAT's-great, but pretty well. Sims-Walker already got bounced of of JAX, now STL... I'm not sure the 3rd time's the charm. Similar to Roy Williams, but at least before he went to Dallas, he put up some big numbers. Or on the other end, Wes Welker is the classic example.
Alaskan Grizzly
...and to add more to the help of Williams and as was mentioned earlier, he was hurt earlier in the year. And throw in the fact that Jay hasn't had a lot of opportunity to really throw to ANYone probably doesn't help. After the last game it would appear both are improving. At least I hope.
