Guest TerraTor
Round 1. WR-Micheal Floyd: Displayed himself as the best all around WR at the combine. Enough said Round 2. CB-Stephen Gilmore: Great size, speed, and stength Round 3a. TE- Mike Egnew: all the skills we need Round 3b: OG/OT - Kenechi Osemele: 6'6 330lbs. May be long gone. But is very raw and athletic Round 4: LB - Tank Carder: hope he lasts this long Round 5: OG/DT Round 6: OG/DT

I think Floyd may be gone by 19.
AZ54
Just because he ran well at the combine teams have not forgotten Floyd's past misdeeds. Also, many have said he does not play as fast as he ran and in fact the word is that was the case during the receiving drills at the combine. I expect he'll still be around in the middle of the first round. While Floyd moved up with respect to the other WRs, with many DT and DE players performing well, and pass rushers are considered at a higher premium than WR, I think the chances of Floyd falling to us improved overall. If Floyd is gone then maybe we need to look at Stephen Hill from Georgia Tech even though he didn't have Floyd's numbers he is taller and faster with good hands that he showed at the combine. But only drawback is he played in the spread option offense and didn't get the ball much. But when he did he averaged 29.5 yards per catch! Can you say really moving the chains ----------->

Not addressing OL until the fourth overall pick is a bad idea, and the "we'll get OL at the end"-philosophy is the reason JA got the Bears in this situation to begin with. The last three rounds aren't good enough. And that's not even considering I think drafting a TE this year is nearly a complete waste. The Bears don't need a TE; they need to use the ones they have. Technically, Davis is still a free agent, so they don't have him currently.
ASHKUM BEAR
Technically, Davis is still a free agent, so they don't have him currently. I love this offseason because everyone says cut Marion Barber and Matt Spaeth and save cap. They are currently our only RB and TE on the roster. Forte is almost a given to either be tagged or signed, but Kellen Davis and Kahil Bell are not givens to be back. They may look at the draft to improve both of those positions or FA, or try to resign them. OL is probably one of our deepest with contracts and bodies, but weakest in talent. With so many other holes, the oline may be ignored unless a top talent is available RD1 and we go BPA. Thats not what I want or think we should do, just what I can see with this team having so many holes.
