Alaskan Grizzly
I like the rationale especially with all the talk of Mario Williams. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/...avid-hawthorne/
bradjock
I like the rationale especially with all the talk of Mario Williams. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/...avid-hawthorne/ I'm wondering Hawthorne's asking price. I'd think he's out of the question if we sign Williams.
Stinger226
I'm wondering Hawthorne's asking price. I'd think he's out of the question if we sign Williams. If we sign Williams we wont be affording anyone else.
Ed Hochuli 3:16
If we sign Williams we wont be affording anyone else. That's 100% false. If he signs a 6 year $100m deal here, Stein can work his magic. If you include backloading and the guarantee money, it's very possible that he could make only about $10-12m this year. bradjock
That's 100% false. Agreed, but I think we'll be very limited to bargain shopping after Williams. We'll get some of the Roy Williams/Marion Barber type signings, but we have a ton of needs.

If we only needed 2 players, that'd be perfect. Do I need to mention how many positions we need to fill?
