Bears4Ever_34
Myles, meanwhile, was a no-show at a meeting with detectives yesterday, sources said. A roommate said Myles has gone into hiding. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhatt...q8N8jRTu3OzQ6oO Well there goes all her credibility. Sounds like she's just trying to use Marshall's past and reputation as a way to make some money. Hopefully now this nonsense can end and we can just get back to football. Wesson44
Interesting. Thanks for posting that. I was just thinking to myself...doesn't this club have the secrity/motion cameras outside? I'm sure that there is video of this somewhere, gas station across the street, ATM, cell phone,...... something.-------> I watch too many crime shows....lol

Honestly, it does make sense to have a camera in a bar...but the problem is, the clientel might not want to have things going on in a bar recorded...especially in a high-end club. My friends and I used to go to BonV all the time, Casey Urlacher ran the club. My boys GF worked there so we became friends with Casey. He would watch us get black out drunk and come tells us to settle down almost every night. The joke was once Casey saw us enter he knew we had about 2 hours before he would be telling us to settle down. There should be video of the whole incident unless they do not have cameras outside. I can't find which article it was now, but i read this morning that the police are reviewing the security footage from the club. Of course there is no guarantee it will condemn/exonerate Marshall if the incident is obscured by people or if the angle is bad.
Chitownhustla
http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0,2933324.story After reading the article one thing that sticks out to me, she did not go to an emergency room, but after the fact she has gone to seek medical attention and has vision problems. prolly advised to do so by her attorney. I hope there is video of the entire incident that shows the truth. either way if he did hit her or not, i do not want there to be any question. If he did hit her that sucks and he will be sitting out games. If that is the case he better get help, I mean weekly sessions with a DR. If he didnt hit her then thank the lord and lets start talking about FOOTBALL!!!!! The trade is done, so we are left with whatever did happen. There are some people reporting that she was hit (or when she claims to be hit) occured after Marshall was already outside of the club. I guess Zach Zaidman had reported that based upon conversations he has had with the police (no idea who he'd be able to talk to cause I'd imagine the police couldn't talk publicly about this), that Marshall is no longer being looked at in the investigation. lemonej
The way things are now how could this go down without someone not having footage on You Tube already?

rockren
I'm actually a police officer/criminal investigator, but not familiar with the agency investigating this matter. However, having familiarity with how these investigations are conducted and what it actually means when charges are forwarded to the local District Attorney's Office...I'll offer my .02 considering so much has been speculated or suggested about the investigation. FWIW- I'm guessing I know about as much as we all do reference the details of this incident that have been discussed in the media. We can't get too high or too low whether or not charges are forwarded to the District Attorney's Office on this case because that local agency may do it just to cover their ass. My guess is the District Attorney's Office already have their hands all over this one, but we'll see. Brandon Marshall doesn't have much of a criminal history- he has arrests, but that doesn't mean a hell of a lot when charges are dropped by the Circuit Court if indeed those charges are forwarded to that arena. Keep in mind that police contacts/criminal history are two totally different animals. In regards to possible video/surveillance being available for police- we'll see. Tavern/Bar/Club videos are usually extremely poor....on purpose. Think about it. If you ran a Bar/Night Club would you want every little incident caught on tape? That is a great way to hang yourself in the club business....law enforcement agencies can hang their hat on stripping liquor licenses away in an attempt to clean up troubled areas. Even if the video IS good (it might be) that club doesn't have to give up the video unless a subpoena is drawn. Lets face it...without a cooperative victim...that video won't be subpoenaed. However, this could be much ado about nothing if there indeed is no video. I'd have to imagine all of the witness statements will weight the outcome in every circumstance reference this case. From what I've read/heard about this incident thus far- I'm guessing (take it FWIW) Marshall won't have any criminal charges forwarded by police, let alone picked up by the DA (especially with Marshall being cooperative and the alleged victim being uncooperative). However, I'd be surprised if Marshall got off on this incident without any circumstance from Goodell seeing Big Ben suffered a multiple game suspension without any criminal penalty or charge filed whatsoever. We'll wait and see what happens.
