April 17, 201213 yr comment_104804 If we beat GB in week 2, we can really start building a lead in our division with 4 of our first 5 opponents being on the outside of the playoffs last year. Report
April 17, 201213 yr comment_104807 Games I'm eyeing: Jaguars- f*** MJD for his Cutler comments. Packers twice- obvious reasons Lions twice- obvious reasons Texans- Foster vs Bears always-good-stopping-the-run D 49ers- Marshall and Cutler vs A.Smith, J.Smith, and Willis Cardinals- Peterson vs Hester Also: week 2, 4, 7, 9, and 10 are all primetime games. TNF, MNF, MNF, SNF, and MNF respectively. Report
April 18, 201213 yr comment_104811 If you have to play 2 games in 5 days, this is the perfect way to set it up for the Bears. They will have all preseason to game plan for the week 2 game against GB Short trip, the Bears are obviously familiar with the opponent, their stadium, etc... We have what should be an easy game prior to the matchup (the team better not think that) but the Packers in week 1 have to deal with SF I am getting excited already! Report
April 19, 201213 yr comment_104971 I see potential problems with the schedule... 1 Indy 2 @GB Thurs - Short week, primetime game 3 Stl 4 @Dal Mon - Primetime game 5 @ Jax - Short week 6 BYE 7 Det MON - Primetime game 8.Car - Short week 9 @ Tenn 10 Hou 11 @ SF Mon - Primetime game 12 Minn - Short week 13 Sea 14 @ Minn 15 GB 16 @ AZ 17 @ DET That's 7 out of 16 weeks with either a short week, primetime game, or both. Also, three of the last four games are on the road. Both issues concern me somewhat. Report
