We hired outside the box 3. We struck fast on outstanding OC, and ST hires 4. We are OK with the DC This is truly the most exciting off-season in a long time. I think we have great personnel/players and even though we will have to implement a new system at some level I still think we can compete and win and have much more to look forward to in the future than we did a month ago! Actually I'd have to say that the offseason in '06 (who knew the team wouldn't make another run at the SB? right away?), '09 (when Cutler was traded) and '10 (when Peppers signed on to the team) were all higher on the list....but that's just me. AZ54 Posted January 17, 2013 Report Share Posted January 17, 2013 To add to the professionally run team keep in mind Emery greatly expanded our scouting department over the course of the season and added his system of grading to the mix.
