Stinger226
Since things have become clearer with the Bears tagging Melton. Whats next? We restructure contracts for players that will be here for a while. Marshall, extended three years, Jennings extended 3 years, Gould extended 2 years. Bennett extended 2 years. We resign Idonije for one year, Collins for 2 years, D.J. Moore for one, Melton for a 5 year 39 mil deal, 6 mil against cap this year. we cut Davis, Hester, Spaeth, Toenia. We sign in FAgency Brad Jones/MLB, Daryrl Smith/OLB, (worked with Tucker in Jac) King Dunlop/LT (a better LT than Webb)read the stats (to whom it may concern),Chase Daniels/QB (ties to Kroner) We trade down with AZ to get #38,69, and a 6th rounder. Our draft #38- Larry Warford/OG (a starter from day one at LG) #50- Markus Wheaton/WR (our speed guy) #69- Travis Kelce/TE 4 th - Brian Schwenke/ C/ California (need to start thinking about replacing Garza) 5th- Tyrann Mathieu/CB (takes Hesters spot on Returns) 6th- A J Francis/DT/Mar (replaces Toenia in rotation 6th- Kyle Juszcyk/FB/Harv (will need a FB in our new scheme) Note: this is what I would like to happen, not I think will happen. Rodrigez and Kelce become our TEs Our OLine- Dunlap, Warford,Garza,Carmi, Webb Wheaton becomes our 3rd WR Mathieu becomes our KR,and PR and we end up cutting Weems Daniels and Blachard are our backup QBs
Ed Hochuli 3:16
I would cream if this happens, except Daryl Smith. He's too old. This all seems too easy. BTW, his name is Kromer.
scs787
Pretty well done here. I can't really debate the draft. I think I might switch the 2nd and 3rd pick and go Escobar/Ertz and then Swope with the 3rd pick I saw some bait in there and I'll take it but I won't go on a long rant and take away from an otherwise solid plan you laid out here....Dunlap is not the sure thing you make him out to be. Would he be worthy competition to bring in? absolutely.

We just differ on his ablitity

We just differ on his ablitity It's possible he will be. He's certainly got the physical tools at 6'9" 330 he's probably one of the biggest OTs in the game which will get him some looks. PFF wraps him up pretty good At the lower reaches of our free agent rankings we’re getting into players who can start in a pinch and offer quality performances when called upon. When Demetress Bell struggled in place of Jason Peters, it fell to King Dunlap to fill that void and he did an admirable job. You’re never going to mistake him for Peters, but his pass protection was, outside of a couple of games, excellent… though he struggled as a run blocker in the Eagles’ system. Considering some of the tackles who were forced into starting last season and their performance levels one of those teams with dreadful tackles could do worse than offer Dunlap the chance to come in and win a job at one of their tackle spots.
