Would love Byrd, but at what price? Tuck could be had for a 6th or 7th at this stage in his carreer. They would both provide an upgrade and possible spark. They would both provide an upgrade and possible spark. If Tuck could be had for a 6th or a 7th, that trade should have already happened. 7th rounders are by and large wasted picks. Would love to have any of them but here is the problem, Salary caps hits this year Byrd-6.9 Tuck-6.1 Babin-4.3 Finnegan-15 We have 2.1 at this point of the season There salaries for the year will be about 60% of that after its prorated , we simply dont have the money and then we get to giving up draft picks, which is something Emery will not want to do.
