Other possible cuts include Michael Bush, Eric Weems, Peppers, and Earl Bennett. Are we going to wait to upgrade these positions? Make them go into training camp? ASHKUM BEAR Posted March 6, 2014 Report Share Posted March 6, 2014 If a player is not owed a roster bonus, there is no reason to cut him unless we have a replacement already on hand. If we cut Peppers now, the price on all DE's to the Bears would instantly rise because we would be in desperate need.
