I think teams are not allowed to discuss the terms until FA begins. I don't think there are any rules for the Agents of the players to not leak the info. It's impossible to negotiate without potentially reaching a consensus. ...as for the deal, like I said in another thread, it's a good deal if you compare it to the Griffen deal, and a bit of an overpay if you look at the Bennett deal.
